New topics missing from printed doc

I have some topics that I added and also had to rename in the process. They show up in the online help but do not show up in the printed documentation. Also I added the new links to the See Also section of about 20 topics and they show only as a link of text in the PDF, ni underline or hyperlink.

I suspect you haven't add those topics to the TOC in the print (second

page). See Printed Documentation on my site for a full explanation.

Oh you mean setting up the print output and clicking Next with the two lists of topics??
