Next and Previous buttons

Hi there

I have generated WebHelp files numerous times but the next and previous navigation buttons that come with RoboHelp do not seem to work automatically. These arrow buttons appear above the table of contents/menu of WebHelp. I believe you should be able to navigate between topics using them. Could anyone tell me how to activate them please?
