No Contents or Index in CHM Output

I've converted a Classic project to an RH2019 project, which seems to have gone off without issue. However, when I generate a Microsoft Help format output, I do not have anything in the Contents panel, nor do I have is an Index panel generated, despite having made sure to select Include Index in the Content section of the output preset.

Any suggestions on what I should be looking for to resolve this? Thanks.

Where is the CHM, on a local drive or on a network drive?

Local drive, specifically the C:\Users\<user>\Documents\My RoboHelp Projects\outputs folder.

I solved it - I didn't have the TOC selected in the output. Embarrassed, to say the least...

No worries, we've all done similar and saves me having to figure out what else it could be.
