Not getting other user updates

We have three users that use RoboHelp. We use SourceControl to get each others updates. Referring to each user as computer A, B, and C. Computer A gets all updates, even those completed by B and C. Computers B and C do not get any updates that A is has completed. On computer A, RoboSource is always up to date according to all changes. On computer B and C, RoboSource only has the updates that only they did individually. We make sure all topics are checked in each time we log out. We always get latest version before we publish. Is there something we're missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know if you figured this out but there is a patch for RSO3 middle tier service.  You have to stop the service, replace the middle tier file in the robosource folder, then restart the service.  Depending on your version, there are also a lot of patches.  We had this issue more or less, we never identified exactly who got what because each person was a primary on a project and a secondary on other projects.  We were constantly getting out of sync.  Its worth a look.
