Not keeping all editied topics open

RH7 is slower than older versions (X3, X4), perhaps because of keeping all the topics open.

Is there a way to close each topic tab in the HTML help editor, rather than keeping each one open and then having to close them all? When making changes to multiple topics, this feature sometimes feels like a bug because it's an extra step to close each topic -- a great feature, but one that should be an option.

Indeed that would be a desired feature. One that Adobe has already been made aware of. Even so, you should still consider adding your voice to others that have requested the same. You may do so by clicking here and completing the form you will find there.
