Numbered Lists Repeating the Number to the Right of the List

I am running RH 2019 and suddently my numbered lists are repeating the number to the right of the line. In other words, the list item would show 1. Sentence......   1. 

This started to happen after I confined the max -width to 850px. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I don't know how to delete this but the problem went away when I undid the last edit to the CSS.
