See this thread for a slight problem with using Subversion to check in output files for WebHelp or FlashHelp, as well as a simple workaround. Otherwise, Subversion works for me.

Without knowing exactly what is or isn't happening, it's very hard to help.

However, try checking out the project manually in Subversion (I assume that's possible, never having used it) then opening it in Robohelp. I had a few problems with files not being checked out and thus not upgraded properly, although only with some projects.

If that isn't the issue, post back with a detailed description of what you are experiencing and someone with Subversion may be able to offer more help.
