I am currently writing a Help Center/User Guide for an e-procurement website. The company is a medium sized computer hardware, software and services reseller. I am wondering if you guys out here could point me to some good examples of online shopping user guide/help center so that I could get myself familiar and kinda get the look and feel of it. It doesn't matter if it's webhelp or html help. This is my first time to write an online shopping help center/user guide so I'm still fumbling my way with the layout structure of the document considering this is a large one.
Any help and input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I've never really looked at their help, but sites like Amazon.com or landsend.com probably have help in there somewhere. For tech stuff, companies like Tiger Direct or Sharper Image might have more help ideas.
