Thanks for the suggestion, but ... it doesn't work. I
followed the steps: Tools - Folder Options - File Types - Advanced
- but the Confirm Open after Download was not checked -- it was
already "Clear," as your instructions said to do.
So, the Word document still opens in the RoboHelp frame. What
we're hoping to do is to click a hyperlink, open a document (in
Word, for example) and be able to edit, add, delete, etc. This was
possible before, when RoboHelp was (I presume) copying the document
and placing the copy in a Temporary Internet Files folder.
Is it still possible?
