Where are you getting this message occurring??

I'm getting this message when trying to open any project including the sample projects.

What’s changed? Was it working before? Have you rebooted and restarted RH?

No.  System has a new operating system.  Yea,  I rebooted and restarted RH.

Have you tried deleting the CPD file and then reopening the project?

I deleted the cdp file and ran the project.  When opening the file, the cdp file is created and that's as far as it goes.  Project unable to open the database.
