Output page with multiple frames

Hi, I would like to have support or link to documentation that would help me to divide the output pages in different sections or frames, like: TOC and index on the left, in the center the content, and on the right another scrollable section including useful links, news, etc. In fact how to set up the different frames of a page?

I don't think you can get the right-hand stuff out of the box with RH; I suspect you'd need to output some Frameless HTML5 and then have your web designers place it inside that structure.
