Permissions are wiped out after adding a new user

Hi,

After reimporting all files into Robosource, I am trying to add users to Robosource. When trying to add users, my rights and the Admin rights are automatically unchecked. The error displayed is: Error - you have insufficient rights to perform this operation. This has happened twice in a row today and we have to create a new database after the Admin rights disappear to unchecked. What are we missing here? I need to add users and keep admin rights.

I am logging into Robosource using window authentication and the Admin user has a separate user login.

I found the issue! I had to stop and restart the RSO3 MiddleTier Service on my local machine. Permissions are working now. The RSO3MiddleTier Service is located in the Control panel under Administrative Tools and Services.
