Popups in Chrome

I am using a Responsive Layout (azure) and have a number of hyperlinks as auto-sizing popups.

When viewed in IE the pop-ups display correctly:

But when viewed in Chrome, it places scrollbars when it shouldn't and if it needs a scrollbar you cannot move it, it just closes the popup

Is the pop-up inserted on the last line?

Also, Do other pop-ups which are not on last line work correctly in chrome?

We have seen that in chrome, when pop up is in last line then horizontal scrollbar is shown and if you click on it then pop-up goes away because scrollbar is outside the pop-up.
