Possible to launch a URL in a web browser from a CHM Table of Contents item?

I would like to launch a URL outside of the CHM frameset, in a new browser window, from the CHM's table of contents.

Manipulating the TOC item's options on the Advanced tab under Window or Frame doesn't seem to impact the output at all. I would be grateful for any suggestions....

Thanks!

Hi there

Likely you will need to resort to some JavaScript to make it happen. Perhaps create a topic that has some JavaScript code that opens the desired URL in the new window and have that execute when you open the page. Then if you link that page in the TOC, you should end up with what you are after.

Cheers... Rick
