Pre-Requisites for PDF Output

Could any one list me out all the pre-requisites for generating a PDF file , in Adobe Robohelp 2019.

Where is default.htt?

I am not able to generate even with files having no images.

As you know, there is already another thread running on this issue. Creating a new will just split any responses which doesn't help you or anyone.
