Preferences file

What is the easiest way to restore the UI to its original condition (All toolbars and Pods restored to the default settings)?  I assume there is a preferences file of some kind that can be deleted, but I am not having any luck.

RH7: File > Load default environment

RH8: (If I remember correctly)

File > Environment > Load default

Thanks!  That was it.  As it turns out, you have to be in a Project for that option to be available.  I guess I need another pot of coffee...  Could have figured that one out...
