Printing Help From Application

I am unable to print help topics that have been compiled and linked to the application.  I select a topic from the TOC; then click print from the menu and I receive a dialog box stating:

 

              "There is not enough memory for this operation"

After I click OK, the system displays the second dialog box:

              "The system is unable to change the printer settings.  Run Control Panel to make sure that the printer is installed

                correctly (160)"

I have validated that my printer(s) are correctly installed. 

RoboHelp users...any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

If you open the help direct do you also get this problem?

Assuming you do not, my guess is this is down to your developers as I have never seen anyone report this problem.
