Using Robohelp 10. Would like to alter print layout only from the desktop layout. All looks nice in web layout, however when pages are printed, the header overflows to the second line and covers up page title and body text. Can this be edited separately as a template? If not, how can i fix it so that i still see what I want to see on the screen, but have error free printing?

I have moved this to the Printed Documentation forum.
It sounds like the styles used are not working on paper. One solution is to create a copy of your CSS and modify the styles there, then apply the modified version in the print layout. The other is to map to a Word template with styles that suit.
See Printed Documentation on my site.

Or are you talking about the layout when printing from the web? In that case, you can change the appearance through the CSS editor. Just select the Media Query 'print'.

When clicking on the CSS editor for the desktop layout, the software freezes and indicates there is an error and shuts down RH10

This thread has now been moved to the HTML5 forum and appears to be linked to another thread. Re: Screen Layout Corruption?
@Willam. We have established that the problem is occurring with a specific layout and CSS. I wonder if that helps you identify what needs to be looked at.

Now that we know where the problem lies, we can zoom in on the problem.
Of course, the easiest workaround is simply to remove the Screen Layout and add it again from the gallery.
If that is not possible, the question is where the problem lies:

Willam
