I'm having an issue after migrating and generating the project in HTML5 the menu and views appear but not scrolling in the browser, so I'm able to see only partially all views.
Pretty sure you don't want to use Multiscreen HTML5 - you want Responsive HTML5

That sounds like a bug that was already fixed - are you completely up to date on your version? (which is what, btw?)

I'm using version 2017 and I already applied two updates without any luck on my issue from here Adobe - Support : RoboHelp Support Center : Service Releases
Adobe RoboHelp 2017 (13.0.2.334)

And you regenerated your output again after applying the patch? What layout are you using? One of them you had to reapply with a slightly different name to get it to "kick in" - I don't recall which though. Is it happening with all browsers or just some?

Any of them need to be added in again from the Gallery button.

Sorry, I don't have experience with RoboHelp I didn't start this project just migrating to latest version before it was HTM and we need to update because with the old version we are having issues on Chrome.
Where is the Gallery Button and what needs to be re-added?

But I don't see Responsive HTML5 as an option

Look in your Single Source Layouts pod - you should see all the currently defined types of output formats listed - then add a new output format. Select Responsive HTML5 from the list.

Responsive has the advantage over Multiscreen in that you only have to provide 1 set of output files for all device screen sizes (much more compact); with Multiscreen you need to provided repeated sets of files for each device (much larger)

Lets step back a bit.
Joaquin started by just referring to HTML5 rather than making it clear whether that was Multiscreen or Responsive.Jeff is right in saying Responsive is a better format but what matters is what is required. Does Joaquin have any choice in that or is the format dictated by the developers or someone else?
If a responsive layout has not been generated, as seems likely here, then it will not appear in the Batch Generate list, that is simply a list of all outputs in the Output pod.
Joaquiin, you are saying you don't have experience in RoboHelp.
Mulitscreen is a format that is still in RoboHelp but has not been updated since RoboHelp 2015 when responsive layouts came in. It could be that something in Chrome has broken this output type and it needs an Adobe fix.
Fill in the story please.

No I'm just trying with different outputs and the only that it works on Chrome is the HTML5
2. Is this the first time of generating that format or has it been used for some time and is now giving grief?
Yes it is the first time.

Forget multiscreen then.
Go to the output pod and create a responsive layout. When you have
generated that once, it will be listed in batch generate.
