Problem Source Control (DevOps /TFS) the checkin window is empty

Hi,

I have connected Azure DevOps without error to my project on another device (using the second activation license). The connection configuration is identical to the one defined on my first device.

When I click on check in, the dialog box is empty and there are no files to archive. I have to use TFS to check in and get latest.

I'm using the latest version RH 2022 v6 on two devices, not at the same time.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Thanks

Thank you for your reply.

There's got to be some difference between the two devices that's blocking it - I would suggest contacting the RH folks on this one - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

Deleting the 'fr' subfolder resolved the issue.
