Problem while importing Word 2010 docs in RH 10.

Hi,

I am importing a word 2010 doc into RH 10, tried matching the styles. But, the formatting is gone somewhere all the images are placed randomly. It's really irritating, I am unable to find any info on this in the RH user guides or on internet.

Please help, I amusing the trial version of RH and I want to purchse the full version. But, using the trial version, I am scared to go for the full version.
