problem whit robohelp 10 multiscreen html5

Hi, I am considering the purchase of RH10 to publish manuals in different formats, but I have a problem: I generate project for all video profiles (desktop, android phone, iphone, etc) but when I connect with iphone or ipad view the wrong profile (Android phone). can someone help me?

Do you have the correct Type specified in your screen profile?

yes I have insert the correct Type specified in all screen profile, in fact rh generate correct directory/file for everyone profile, but when link to index.htm in the main directory to the iphone or ipad, i see only android phone layout.

It seems this is a bug. Adobe released a patch for RH10: http://www.adobe.com/support/robohelp/downloads.html

Try the patch and let us know whether your problem is solved.

There is a known issue here that is being worked on and I would expect a fix to be released soon.

For now I suggest you pick one layout for both Android and iDevices. Both will work on either device, the names are more about the designs being visually suited rather than technically suited.
