So I'm noticing a strange problem and can't seem to figure it out.
currently, I publish files to a network drive, the AIR Application, and the browser based verion as well.
I also publish a webhelp version of the same files to the network drive.
Now for some reason, when the browserbased files get moved onto the server that is hosting them, the Index.html page loads a grey blank page. not loading any of the content. When I open this page from where it was published it works fine. But as soon as I move all of the files, it wont open. I am copying the entire contents of the browserbased folder from one location to another.
I have moved it to the hosting server, my desktop etc and whenever I move the files, it wont load. As far as I can tell it is hard coding the path somewhere, but I cant see where.
On the other hand, the webhelp version that publishes to the network drive aswell can be mvoed anywhere and all opens fine.
I've tried re-publishing to my local C:\ but this still hasnt fixed the problem.
I dont know whats going on, early on when I started using RH I was able to move these browserbased files around and things were working fine.....
I've checked in the publishing options and have the following settings:
Webhelp (all working fine)
Output location and start page : C:\Robohelp Docs\publish\help file v4\!SSL!\WebHelp\Index.htm
AIR Help and Browserbased
Air file: \\networkdrive\company\folder\folder\Adobe_AIR\Generic_AIR\AdobeAIRApplication\Help_File.air
Start Page: \\networkdrive\company\folder\folder\Adobe_AIR\Generic_AIR\BrowserBasedHelp\Index.htm
when publishing locally, the path was the same as the webhelp path, except it went !SSL!\Generic_AIR\.....same as above
What am I missing????
thanks for any help.

As this is an AIR help based question, should it not be asked in this forum to which I have moved the post?
Is it not the same as this thread that is already there?
