Problems excluding .js and .vb baggage files with RH9

Does anyone have experience with baggage files other than .html?  Specifically, excluding them from output?  I am generating an output format that should include only a subset of my topics.  I define the <default> Content Category to only include this subset of topics and have both Exclude check boxes enables in the output format. All .html topics are excluded, but the dozen or so .vb and .js files in unrelated baggage folders is included in the Air Help.

So the question really is - can you exclude baggage files from specific Content Categories? I've never tried, but I suspect if you don't see any mention of excluding baggage, it's probably not going to work.

There are 2 checkboxes for excluding output form the Content Categroy  ("Exclude Unreferenced Baggage Files form Search" and "Exclude Unreferenced Topics from Output") I have enabled both.

Actually they are code snippets that we give to users and they are familiar with navigating to the \data directory to find them.  (They navigate outside of Robohelp because they obviously can't directly open a .js file inside the AIR help.) Yes.  I realize that I'm stretching the intention of baggage files.

The check box terms do not exclude the baggage files from the build. They exclude baggage files from being search and topics from being included in the output. Neither of those labels excludes baggage files from the output.

Baggage files get uploaded regardless as the point of them is to upload files that RoboHelp would not upload unless specifically told to. It uploads images and suchlike automatically because there is a link to them. Although the baggage files are in your build they will not be referenced and search will not find them. Thus the user cannot access them. They are bloating your build but nothing more.

I guess what you want is to be able to apply build tags to baggage files. That's a feature request.
