Problems with Windows 2000

LEGEND ,
Mar 27, 2008 Mar 27, 2008
We purchased RoboHelp for Windows 2000, being assured that even though the
demo didn't work with Win2000, the commercial version would. However, our
purchase was for Adobe's Technical Communications Suite, which has its own
overarching installation routine. Unfortunately, that installation does NOT
run under Win2000.

Before we just send the thing back to Adobe, we wonder if there is a
workaround. Is there a way to install just RoboHelp, bypassing the suite's
setup?

Have others encountered this problem? If we own a license from the suite,
can we download a standalone versioni of RoboHelp and install it with the
license key from the suite? Any other ideas?

Many thanks...

Whilst RoboHelp 7 standalone will work on Windows 2000, that is not the case with TCS. No workaround.

You need to organise a refund and start over.
