Publishing Problems

Greetings,

As of today, I cannot publish my web site to the ftp server; no problems publishing since Januray and I successfully published two days ago. The warning I get within RoboHelp 7 is "The login request was denied". and I have not changed any settings (i.e, IP address, user name, password, directory). I called the company to see if they could resolve the problem, no luck. Here is the confusing part:

I installed a Firefox extension, FireFTP, and using the exact same settings as RoboHelp, no problems publishing. I added a new server in RoboHelp with a different name, shut down / restarted the computer, same error message with the new server name.

Any suggestions to solve this apparent RoboHelp issue is appreciated,

Firewall

Did your firewall get an update?

Did your windows version update?

Did your RH version update?

Any one of these possibilities may have undermined firewall permissions on the application.
