Publishing to ftps site - RH9

Explorer ,
Nov 28, 2013 Nov 28, 2013

Our publishing server has been moved to a secure server, and now I'm having trouble publishing to it.

I'm getting this message:

530 Have to use explicit SSL/TLS before logging on

Does anyone know what's going on?  I'm using RoboHelp 9.

I think this would be one for your server administrator but a quick google seems to suggest using a different URL prefix:

Thanks, Colum. We've been going back and forth trying to solve this, but he

doesn't know anything about RoboHelp. I did use the ftps prefix, but it

didn't help.

I'm also having problems in FileZilla, while he has no problems logging in

as me. Very frustrating!

I know that this is frustrating but I don't believe that RoboHelp can be the issue. It has to be a server setup issue. RoboHelp just publishes to the specified location. There are a number of hits on "530 Have to use explicit SSL/TLS before logging on" when using FileZilla which may help. Sorry but I am not familiar with using that product.
