Publishing to Robohelp Server

We are just getting started with server based help. Our system administrator has created a website for us and although we can connect to it through our browser, we can't publish via Robohelp. The Getting Started Guide says there is a Robohelp Server Tab but this option is disable in the UI. Any idea what we do next?

I think the RoboHelp Server Tab isn't available until you configure your primary layout to be WebHelp Pro. So over in the RoboHelp Explorer pane, right-click the WebHelp Pro layout and nominate it as the Primary Layout. See if that corrects the issue.
