I have several TOC's in one Robohelp doc and need to generate many FlashHelps (one for each TOC) to each be posted to a different URL. How do I rename each generated FlashHelp from this one Robohelp doc so they are not all named "Administration", when some of it is Self Service.
The other option is to rename the entire Robohelp project to index. This would resolve my entire issue. Please advise.

TOC names are whatever you give them so the problem is not clear. Can you try explaining it again, maybe with some screenshots (use camera icon above).

I am aware TOC names are whatever you give them and that is fine. But I want to post each TOC to a different website. Basically, I just want to change the name of the entire Robohelp file to index.xpj
Please advise.

The name of the XPJ file depends on the project name so you would go to File > Rename Project.
However, I suspect what you want to rename is the start page of the output so that it is index.htm. That is changed in the first page of the wizard when you create the output.

The first page of the wizard does not have a Project Name field. I am talking about the Output folder and file name, that is what needs to be changes.

I'm not sure I know what you are talking about (output folder). I assume you mean where I am saving the SSL file on my computer/network. If this is the case, I already did. I'll try using the camera icon and submit screenshots.

Below you will see the new name of the file is index.xpj and the folder it is in was also changed to "index"
Below you will see the output from a Flashhelp Pro Generation is for the BenefitsAdmin TOC and is saved in the BenefitsAdmin folder. It generated administration.htm (the previous name of the project) I have closed and saved the new index.xpj file and tried regenerating.

This is the webhelp equivalent of where you change the start page.

I've tried that, but I'm doing a FlashHelp Pro output and when you do that option, it still compiles administration.htm. Looks like it just creates a new folder named index.htm

"Who's Colum"? How dare you LOL!
As you've found the Pro version of FlashHelp does not seem to allow you to specify a start page. It just seems to allow you to specify a directory. By default it takes the start page from your project name. You can however specify a different start page in the field Peter mentioned just be typing "Administration.htm" after the folder name. I have heard however that this sometimes doesn't stick forcing you to edit it each time. One way around this is to edit your flashhelppro.ssl file in Notepad. Look out for the following line and edit as required.
<element name="DestinationProjectName" value="FlashHelp Pro.....

Hi Nicole.
You can find the file in your proejct directory in Windows Explorer - BTW I got the file name wrong. There is a space in it - "flashhelp pro.ssl". Just take a backup of the file just in case and then change the path to the required value. Oh and best practice is to close your RH project before you do so.

Hmmm... now it's not opening anything when I click View Result after it finishes generating Flashhelp Pro. I thought it was a fluke the first time so I tried again. Nothing.
Thank you!
