Records Retention and Archiving in RH7

I am wondering if anyone in Forumland has a solution to easily identify records in RH that need to be deleted during records management/retention. For example, I have x-amount of documents that have been archived for seven years, and the company opts to delete after that amount of time. Is there a way to easily identify these documents for deletion?

Are you referring to versions of your RH project? If so, Only you can identify these and delete them. If not, can you be a little clearer of what you want to achieve.
