Hi,
I have a Robohelp 8 project where I share Help topics in different nodes in the table of contents. So topic A links to say node 1 and also to node 2. The topic has a ‘Related Topics’ button. I have just noticed that even though both nodes link to the same HTML file, the ‘Related Topics’ button is only shown if I load the topic from the first node. If I load the topic from the second node, there is a blank area where the button should be.
Has anyone experienced this and if so, is there a solution (other than redesign the help file!).

Thanks for that Rick. I notice that this problem has been around for a long time. I did consider your suggestion of using snippets and creating more HTML topics that use the snippets. The problem I have is that I already use snippets in the topics and I cant use a snippet in a snippet. So that wont work for me I think.
Apparently (according to the linked thread you sent me) Adobe have made a new DLL available - HtmSingleSourceHtmlHelp.dll in the RH installation - that fixes the problem. How would I obtain it? Any idea? . Is a service pack or patch available for RH8?
Regards,
Eileen
