Is there any way to tell if a certain document has been modified and if so, by who?

I quickly browsed the reports that are available and it doesn't look like it, but I
just want to be sure.

Hi Doug. No there is no way to achieve this in RH. If you used some form of version control you could tell via that. Other than that you could use the file properties in Windows Explorer to tell when a file was modified but not who.

Hi all

Actually, you can tell when topics were modified without having to step out to Windows Explorer. I do it all the time right inside RoboHelp HTML. I do it like this:

Click the Topics tab on the lower right side of the application to display the list of Topics.
Notice that one of the headings available is titled "Modified Date". (You may need to resize/rearrange in order to see all the columns. Additionally, note that you may also drag columns from one place to another and rearrange them.)

Now you can click the Modified Date column heading to sort in different ways.

Cheers and happy Friday all! Rick
