Resize WebHelp window in IE7 vs Firefox

Hello everyone,

When the WebHelp system I've built opens in Firefox, it allows for browser window resize, but it doesn't for IE7:

Is this a function of RoboHelp, or a Firefox vs. IE thing?

This is my first post to the forums, so please forgive if I'm double-posting a previous question. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to our community

What version of RoboHelp are you using? And what RoboFlavor? (RoboHelp for Word or RoboHelp HTML)

Very generally speaking, it would appear you are using the WebHelp API to open your topics. This would mean you probably have defined a specific window to be used. So you may need to examine window properties.

Cheers... Rick
