Responsive HTML Breadcrumbs

Using Responsive HTML using Indigo skin, the breadcrumbs at the top is hiding the print button. How do you shorten or hide the breadcrumbs?

How do you widen the pane on the right to display more information?

I think (iirc) there's 2 ways you can do breadcrumbs - one is by putting them in your master page and the other is by turning them on in the Preset. Which way are you doing yours?

I'm not really sure what a preset is. Is that the Indigo Skin I'm using? but as of now I am using the merge project and it's being controlled in my parent project.

I went to look at it the only thing I changed was the output path and the template.
