The Responsive HTML output published to SharePoint from RH 2022 downloads the aspx files instead of rendering them. I confirmed with my IT admin that custom scripts are enabled and site collection permissions, etc., are active. Everything was working fine until 3 days ago. I have tried republishing after clearing the browser cache, recreating the master project, and the Output presets, but SharePoint still downloads the aspx files. I don't know what else to try to resolve this problem.

See https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/sharepoint/sharepoint-homepage-is-downloading-the-url-instead... - it's not a RH issue, it's a SP one.

Thank you, Jeff. I navigated to Site Pages and followed the remaining steps, but it didn’t make any difference. I have always published the responsive output from RH to a folder within the ‘Documents’ doc. library in SharePoint and had no issues opening the index.aspx file as a webpage until 3 days ago. I don’t understand why it broke suddenly. The URL of the index.aspx file shows ‘download.aspx’ at the end, along with a long alphanumeric UniqueID. This wasn’t the case 3 days ago when everything was working as expected.

Well, it stands to reason that if you haven't made any changes to the version of RH, then the issue is on the SP end of things - something must have changed in there. Try generating locally and see how it behaves - if everything works there, it's definitely on the SP end.

Thank you Jeff. I will check again with my IT Admin.

Does the problem tie in to going to Update 4? You haven't said exactly which version.
Changes were made to Sharepoint outputs. See https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/kb/fixed-issues.html
I would suggest Adobe Support for this one. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

I'm using version 2022.4.179, which was updated several days ago. Since then, I have republished a few times to update the content without issues. It just stopped working suddenly. I cannot figure out why the SP output aspx files show 'download.aspx' at the end of the URL. I contacted Adobe Support at tcssupp@adobe.com yesterday and await their reply.

@Peter Grainge - Ah! I missed the version part - maybe instead of fixing SP hyperlinks, they've bunged it up in this patch 4.
