RH 11, MS Word 13: importing a multiple footers

I am importing several MS Word documents with > 20 sections each. Each section has its own set of footers. Since RoboHelp seems to limit the number of footer master pages to 15, and since RoboHelp seems to import both even and odd footer pages, only the first 9 or so footers get imported. Using the other option, "Import Header and Footer" doesn't import anything.

Is there any other way to easily import all of the MS Word footers into the project?
