RH 2017 and Chrome 63 - Web Help books do not expand

Hello,

With Chrome version 63, the Web Help books fail to expand. It worked well with Chrome version 62.

Any suggestion/browser setting to how to handle this?

Using Search or Index is the only option because ToC has stopped working.
