I have several child projects that roll up to a parent project. There are several PDF files from one of the child projects that are in my parent project. I only see them in the File Status pod. I am trying to delete them but that is not an option. They are not baggage files.
Any suggestions?

Please post the full version number of RH you are using. RH2019 was version 14, so I suppose you might mean RH2017? But please confirm.

Please expand a bit on that. You say they are from one of the child projects. You mean the child project has links? What is the relationship?
The File Status pod is related to source control. Could that be preventing the deletion?

Apologies, I am new to this forum. I am using RoboHelp 2017 (13.0.2.334).
I did not design the project set up but here is what I know. There are four child projects. The generated web help from these projects roll up to the parent project which when generated produces our online help and consolidated TOC that is published to a local server. One of our child projects contains several PDF files. These PDF files are now appearing in the File Status pod of the parent project. This is a new occurrance. I would like to delete them, but that is not an option in the File Status pod and they do not display elsewhere in the project. We have multiple RoboHelp users who use these projects, which are housed on a SharePoint drive. Any idea on how to delete these PDF files? If you need more information, please let me know and I will do my best to find out. Thank you for your help with this puzzing issue.

If you right click in the File Status pod you will see the location of the file. Can you not delete it from there?

I saw that, and that is where the output resides. I will give that a try and then regenerate. That may solve the problem. Thank you Peter, appreciate your input.

Be careful as I'm still not clear as to the setup. Are they not referenced from any topic or the TOC?

They are not referenced in a topic, but they are in the TOC. I think your solution makes sense, and if not, republishing the child project where those PDF should live would restore them.
