When creating a publish profile to connect to Salesforce, I get the following error:
Any idea why this happens and how to resolve it?
This is observed when I enter the SF URL and credentials to connect/login.
Few days back I was able to connect to SF successfully.

I could somehow try to log in to SF but now I get this message:

I saw your first image recently after rebuilding a machine. It was using Edge but it had not updated to the current version at that point. It worked fine after updating Edge.
Beyond that I suggest for this one you need to go to Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

I see the same issue in RH 2022 update 4 as well when connecting to SF. @Peter Grainge did you say RH 2022 update 4 has a solution? Could you point me to that?

If you are on the latest version of Edge, then you need to go to Support.

Oh ok, no problem. I am in touch with the support already over an email and hoping they'll be able to figure this out.
