RH 2020 Link to Word file

I just got RH 2020, previously using RH 2017. In the old version, we could link to a source file in Word, publish in RH, but make changes to our source file. In RH 2020, I cannot figure out how to do that. When I select Insert > Link > , Cross Reference and Hyperlink are the only two options I see.

You need to right-click in the Contents panel where you want to store the linked word file and select Link > Link File. Then to right-click on the doc and Create/Update Topics to create the topics in RH. I think. I haven't done it properly myself.

The About Robohelp sample project should have more details. If it's not in your Documents/My Robohelp Projects folder, then you'll need to copy the project from the RH installation folder under Program Files. (Make sure you copy the project out to the Documents folder, as there are security features on the Program Files folder which will prevent the project working.)

Thank you so much!  I don't think I found instructions anywhere that said to right-click. Works like a charm!
