RH 5.0.2 macros no longer registered?

Explorer ,
Apr 28, 2008 Apr 28, 2008
I have to preface this by saying I'm back working on help projects after nearly a year in DBA land, so if the answer is obvious I blame the rust. What could have changed from this time last year if we're still running the same versions of RH and Word on the same OS (XP Pro)?

First Word error message: this file contains macros with an expired or revoked signature. Since you are running under High Security level, macros will be disabled.

Second Word error message: The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to the online help or documentation of the host application to determine how to enable macros.

ETA: Third error message, from Printed Documentation (?): the Word VBA Macro Version registered is incorrect. Please reinstall Printed Documentation.

You may well find that changing the security level in Word to medium, all three problems will go away.

If not, see Word Issues on my site.

Word updates applied after RH has been installed can cause issues.

That did it. I remembered I had to reinstall everything after a HD crash in December, and I'll bet the security settings defaulted to Paranoid at that point. Thanks!
