Hi,

I am trying to use sharepoint as a source control for my project. Following are the steps mentioned in the robohelp 10 reference link.

Step 1 & 2 are completed succesfully. But in step 3, when i add the version control, following error pops up.

File -> Version Control -> Add to version control -> RoboHelp Sharepoint Connector-> Ok-> Enter Sharepoint site -> Test connection

Error Message : "Test connection shows error : Cannot contact site at the specified url. There is no web named *./_vti_bin/sites.asmx"

Please help.

Hi,

Are you using SharePoint 2010? Earlier versions are not supported for version control.

What is the URL that you use? You have to point RH to the site or subsite holding the library. Not the library itself.

Greet,

Willam

I am using the Sharepoint 2010 version only.

Yes. I was pointing to the folder in the library and that was causing the issue. Now i changed it to the site and able to connect to the site.
