RH11: Drop-down Text Not Working

I have some legacy topics with Drop-down Text, in addition to topics I've created, in which the Drop-down Text boxes (with text and/or graphics) do not work. That is, when you click on the link, either CHM or Web, nothing happens.

I downloaded and installed van Weelden's link_to_dropdown.js file, which didn't help.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I just discovered that when viewing the topic using View Selected Item, the Drop-down text appears.
