RH11 responsive output - glossary links sporadically not working

I use the glossary wizard to create hot links to my glossary items, and they work fine upon compilation when viewed in IE11 browser....then I recompile (without having made any changes to any of the glossary links whatsoever), and suddenly the links don't work....then I recompile again, and they suddenly work again. Always in different topics. Anyone else experiencing this?

Please let me know couple of things in order to help you:

1) Is it happening with the other SSL also?

2) Have you tried any other browser apart from IE11?

3) Is it happening on any other RH 11 project on your end?

4) If you have only one project then please try the same on a new test project.
