can we gather user information about which help topics are accessed? I.e., generate reports on usage?
And also, can we gather customer feedback such as “Was this topic helpful”?
There are many threads on this.
Neither are built into the core product.
Statistics can be gathered free using Google Analytics.
Usefulness - you would need to purchase and install RoboHelp Server where the help is hosted.
