RH2019links created with dropdown text or to external topics do not have the color determined by css

Nov 26, 2025 Nov 26, 2025

in other sisterprojects the font color is blue. For this project it is white. I cannot change it. tried manually, no luck. checked the css, it is determined to be blue.

Result is as well in the RH gui as in the chm with wite fonts

I cannot attach the source, even renamed. the smartsystem detects a renamed zipfile 🙂

thx for the help

Olivier

Have a look at the HTML of the topic to see just what CSS file is being used and also check the HTML around the link to see if you've applied an inline style (which would overrule the CSS definition). If it's happening to all links in all topics, I bet that it's not using the CSS file you think it is.

topic css is 'functies.css'. in the stylesheet, links for dropdown is green. which is not the case neither (should be blue)

in html, in the topic around the title I find this code. which calls a blue color (but does not come):

<p style="font-style: italic; color: #4169e1; font-weight: normal;"><span
class="dropspot"><?rh-dropspot_start class="dropspot" href="javascript&colon;TextPopup(this)"
id="a5" dataid="POPUP691307788" ?>Rimses
Mobile Maintenance + (RMM+)<?rh-dropspot_end ?></span></p>
So the style sheet is not respected and neither is the html code around the dropdown. So there must be another CSS somerwhere? or is it in the code for the dropspot.
I'm no HTML hero....

Take a look at the code in a project where the links are correct - that might give you a clue as to what's different in the non-functioning project.

Luckily this project is 'small'. I've just started from blanc and inserted the topics again. CASE SOLVED

Best regards Olivier
