rh2020 - client info json for chatbot output

Participant ,

I did check out the videos on this page: https://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/rh_tour/rh2020/outputs/outputs_chatbot.htm.

However, I am still not clear on where we get the client info json file. I guess the chatbot output wont be generated until then?

What does this indicate:

The required file path is provided in the Google Dialogflow account.

I created a google diaglog flow account and a sample agent as well.

It means the json file is something you download from your Dialogflow account. You'll need to poke around there to locate it.

So the embed code will not show any icon until then? Or should it show only the icon but wont work until json is provided and chatbot putput is generated.

I wouldn't expect it to work at all. Not sure. When I wrote that I was using a "borrowed" file that I can't access now to see.
