For one of our project we had been using Rh2017 and generating Responsive HTML5 output. Now we have moved to RH2020 and for one last release we still need the Responsive HTMl5 output. we dont have Rh2017 anymore.
I tried generating Responsive HTML5 output from Rh2020. The output comes out fine. everything works. However, the context-sensitive help calls are failing. It looks like it is not honoring the older tokens or is not able to search them in the map files.
Does something change in the output that is generated from Rh2020 with regards to the map file?
Any pointers on fixing this?
I used the default responsive html5 output preset.

Yes , this mechanism is correct.
Sorry, let me give some more details.
In the RH 2017 source the context-sensitive part works perfectly.
Now we import/upgrade the Rh2017 source to Rh2020.
Then generate a responsive html5 output of the upgraded source.
In this output, the context-sensitive breaks. So does something change in the map files or somewhere else when we upgrade rh2017 source to rh2020 and generate a responsive html5 output?
Is is possible to still get the classic 2017 output from rh2020?

2020 generates different code so the outputs are different.
If you are using the same type of skin in 2020, the calls should be the same. If that is not working then I think you will need to liaise with Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
You can still install your 2017 version as it will be licensed under your subscription. I am not suggestion that as a permanent fix, simply if you haven't made other changes you could use your old project as a stop gap.
