RH2020: Publish cogwheel settings icon missing

I am using Rh2020.4.173 version. I am using Responsive HTML5 output and wanted to create a new publish ProfileName. The cogwheel settings icon is missing (see image).

Anyone else seeing this??

I went to Edit > Publish Profiles to create a new ProfileName.

Anyone know why they removed the cogwheel settings icon from Publish?

I don't think they will have singled you out. 🙂

There have been lots of icon changes in this release and I suspect it is a simple omission.
