RH2020 - Review workflow and feeding back comments to help files

I tried the Review tab in RH2020 and the workflow. That part works well. 

I can see the comments added by the reviewers as well.

However, to be able to feed the reviews back in the help section I guess it is a manual task?

Is there a way to handle it better or any solution for that? There are no track changes which is major blocker.
